HortySpringer special room rate: Starting at $359/night.

Resort Fee: $25

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.  To take advantage of our special room rate starting at $359 plus $25 destination amenity fee per night, please be sure to tell the person taking the reservation that you will be attending a HortySpringer Seminar.  This special room rate will be good until Tuesday, February 25, 2025, or until the room block sells out, whichever comes first. 

Two (2) nights’ nonrefundable deposit for each room reserved will be required 30 days prior to arrival.   All reserved room nights will be charged the full revenue assessment for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.  If the room block becomes full before the two nights’ room deposit is due, guests will be contacted and required to guarantee all rooms for two (2) nights’ room and tax pre-payment, to be made within seven (7) days, or the rooms will be released back to the block.  Deposits are refundable if cancellations are received more than 30 days prior to the confirmed arrival date.
