Ford v. Cascade Health Services, No. Civ. 03-6256-TC (D. Or. June 25, 2004)
The United States District Court for the District of Oregon held that an anesthesiologist's antitrust and tortious interference with economic relations actions against a hospital, arising out of denial of reappointment, should not be dismissed; improper motive could be inferred from a meeting between a "rival" anesthesia group and the hospital, precluding dismissal.
